A quick update: I am now weight bearing without a boot, going to PT and my ankle is doing good. I will know more in the upcoming weeks and will update again. I am looking forward to being able to offer you delicious pastries, coffee cakes, biscotti and more. Thank you for your patience.

Welcome to The Bakery Depot, Colorado Springs’ newest bakery in the heart of downtown’s Middle Shook’s Run neighborhood. After many years of creating delectable baked goods for private parties and large events, founder and head baker Susan Schenk opened this unique bakery to make her fresh, homemade cakes, cookies, pastries, and brownies available to everyone!
